The Next Loop Endurance Series
How the Next Loop Works
The Next Loop Endurance Series uses a simple, repeatable loop-based format designed to challenge athletes while keeping the environment supportive, visible, and fair.

Each event is built around a 5K trail loop with hourly starts. Athletes decide how far they go — one loop at a time.

There is no predetermined distance commitment. Every completed loop counts. Every earned distance is honored.

Each event offers up to ten hourly loop opportunities, allowing athletes to progress as far as they choose within the event window.
The Loop Format
-
The course consists of a single 5K loop
-
Each loop starts on the hour
-
All athletes begin each loop together
-
Athletes may attempt as many loops as they choose, provided they meet the completion requirement
-
Events are structured around up to 10 consecutive hourly loops

This structure creates a shared rhythm, accountability, and a strong sense of community throughout the event.

Depending on the event, athletes may complete as many as 10 loops within the scheduled event window.
Complete 2 loops and you’ve run a 10K. Finish 5 loops for 25K. Complete all 10 loops and you’ve earned a 50K ultra.
One Format. Endless Ways to Test Yourself.
