Jeff Tiegs - Founder of Skull Games Solutions Special Forces Leader / Endurance Athlete
Jeff Tiegs spent decades as an ultra-runner and endurance athlete, forging his reputation on mountain trails, high-altitude courses, and expedition-style challenges where resilience mattered as much as speed. Known for climbing-heavy terrain and disciplined pacing, he earned top finishes at some of the most demanding and competitive races across the United States.​Over time, his endurance journey evolved beyond distance running.
Drawn toward disciplines that demanded precision under pressure, he transitioned into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, eventually earning a black belt. The same mindset that carried him through ultramarathons focused on patience, composure, and relentless forward movement, continues to shape his grappling style and personal philosophy.​

Balancing life as an athlete and soldier, Tiegs served nearly three decades in the U.S. ArmySpecial Forces, commanding units in combat operations across Panama, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He retired from military service in 2015 with numerous decorations, including five Bronze Stars for distinguished service in combat and a Silver Star for valor during operations in Iraq.​

Today, as Founder and President of Skull Games Solutions (SGS), he channels a lifetime of operational experience into combating human trafficking and the exploitation of women and children. SGS is a mission driven nonprofit that unites professionals from military, law enforcement, and investigative backgrounds to expose exploitation, strengthen frontline capabilities, and equip leaders to protect the vulnerable wherever darkness attempts to hide.​
I had the opportunity to meet Jeff while competing on Surviving Mann All-Stars Season 4, where he served as co-host during a week focused on the mission of Skull Games Solutions. Seeing firsthand how his team tracks human trafficking networks, supports law enforcement, and works to protect vulnerable populations gave me a deep appreciation for both the complexity of the problem and the dedication required to fight it. I left that experience with tremendous respect for Jeff — not only for his athletic and military accomplishments, but for the purpose-driven leadership he continues to demonstrate through his work with Skull Games Solutions.
